1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ScanPro.ai ("we", "us", "the Service"), operated by BWP Impact (Branding with Priyam), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What we provide
ScanPro.ai generates AI-assisted audit reports for public social media profiles you submit. Reports are generated using large language models and reflect an automated opinion — they are informational, not professional marketing advice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase paid reports.
4. Payments
Paid audits are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay. Prices displayed on the Pricing page are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A report is delivered digitally to your dashboard once payment is confirmed.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described on our Refund Policy page.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not submit profiles you have no legitimate interest in analyzing.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
- Do not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish reports without permission.
7. Intellectual property
All Service software, branding, and report templates are owned by BWP Impact. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the reports you pay for.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or business outcomes from following recommendations. Social media platforms may change their policies at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
