1. Who we are
ScanPro.ai is operated by BWP Impact (Branding with Priyam). We act as the data controller for personal information described here.
2. What we collect
- Account data: email, name and profile photo (if provided via Google sign-in).
- Audit inputs: the platform + public profile URLs you submit for scoring.
- Generated reports: AI outputs stored against your account.
- Payment metadata: order id, payment id, amount, status. Card details are handled entirely by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
- Technical data: IP address and request metadata for security & rate limiting.
3. How we use it
- To deliver the audit reports you request.
- To operate accounts, dashboards and payment receipts.
- To prevent abuse and secure the Service.
- To improve accuracy of our AI prompts (aggregated, non-identifying).
4. Legal basis
We process personal data to perform the contract (deliver the report you paid for), on the basis of legitimate interest (security & product improvement), and with your consent where required.
5. Sharing
We share limited data only with the following processors:
- Supabase — database, authentication & storage.
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- OpenAI — LLM inference for generating reports.
- Google — only if you use Google sign-in.
We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Account & report data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time (see Contact).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Email us via the Contact page.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment data is tokenized by Razorpay. Row-level access controls restrict reports to their owner.
9. Cookies
We use only strictly-necessary cookies for authentication sessions. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
